Our platform provides airport transfers, hotel pick-ups, and intercity rides across major destinations in Indonesia. We focus on safe, transparent, and fairly priced rides that support local professional drivers.

Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, choose the date and time, select your vehicle class, and complete the payment. Once confirmed, your booking will be automatically assigned to the nearest available driver.

You select a vehicle class (Economy, MPV, or Premium) — not a specific car or driver. All cars are vetted and meet our quality standards. If your chosen class is fully booked, we may upgrade you to a higher class at no extra cost.

Prices are based on distance, estimated travel time, and demand. Certain areas have fixed pricing (e.g., airport to city center), while others may be dynamic depending on traffic or late-night hours. We ensure transparency — no hidden fees or surge surprises.

We currently accept payments by credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and local payment gateways. We’re also exploring crypto payments (USDT) for international users. Payment is made in advance to guarantee your booking and ensure secure driver payouts after completion.

If all drivers are fully booked, the system will automatically block new reservations for that time slot. Our support team will notify you via email or WhatsApp if alternative arrangements can be made.

Refunds are available for valid reasons such as flight cancellation (with proof). Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Yes. All our drivers are licensed, background-checked, and trained to deliver a professional travel experience. We also operate a monthly Star Driver loyalty program that rewards top-performing drivers.

Yes. You can request child safety seats, additional luggage space, or special assistance during booking. Extra charges may apply depending on vehicle type and availability.
