Understand your rights and obligations when using our services at KARS.

1. Introduction

Welcome to KARS, a transportation booking platform operated by PT KARS INDONESIA, based in Jl. Tukad Badung No.18 Denpasar - Renon. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Definitions

  • “KARS” refers to PT KARS INDONESIA as the service provider.
  • “User” or “Guest” refers to individuals using the KARS website to make bookings.
  • “Driver” refers to personnel assigned by KARS to handle pickup and drop-off services.
  • “Service” refers to all features provided by KARS, including booking, payment, and order management.

3. Service Usage

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information, including pickup point, drop-off point, pickup date and time, flight number (optional), number of adults, children, pets, luggage, vehicle classification, name, phone number, and email address.
  • All data provided will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared with external parties.
  • If promotional campaigns are active, users may enter valid voucher codes to receive discounts as specified.
  • After a successful booking and payment, KARS’ admin will validate the order and assign a driver for the scheduled pickup.

4. Payment

  • All payments must be made securely via the Midtrans payment gateway.
  • Displayed prices include applicable taxes and service fees (if any).
  • A booking is confirmed only after KARS receives payment confirmation from Midtrans.
  • In case of failed or pending payments, users should contact our support team immediately.

5. Booking Validation and Driver Assignment

Once payment is received, KARS will review and validate your booking. A driver will be assigned to your order, and pickup will be carried out according to the date and time specified by the user.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their booking according to the time limit and rules set by KARS.
  • Cancellations made beyond the permitted time frame may result in partial refunds or no refund at all.
  • Specific cancellation windows and penalties will be displayed on the booking confirmation page.

7. Refund Policy

  • After the service is completed, users have a limited period to submit refund requests, following KARS refund policy.
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used, following Midtrans procedures.
  • KARS reserves the right to deny refund requests if the user violates these Terms & Conditions.

8. Responsibilities

  • KARS will make every effort to ensure reliable service and on-time transportation.
  • KARS is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather conditions, emergencies, or inaccurate user information.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking details provided during the reservation process.

9. Promo and Voucher Use

Voucher codes and promotional offers provided by KARS may be subject to specific terms and limitations. Only valid and active vouchers may be used during booking. Misuse of vouchers may result in cancellation of discounts or orders.

10. Changes to Service and Terms

KARS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update its services and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the official website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.
