3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through the Kars platform or official communication channels.
• Payments are processed securely in advance through our payment gateway.
• Drivers will receive payment after completing the ride, typically within 24 hours.
• Dynamic pricing may apply based on distance, traffic, and time of day.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Passengers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the pickup time for a full refund.
• Refunds after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refund will be issued for no-shows without valid proof (e.g., flight cancellation).
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Ensure all booking details are accurate (pickup time, location, destination).
• Be on time — drivers may wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup.
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused may incur repair fees.

6. Driver Responsibilities

• Drivers must be punctual, professional, and maintain clean, safe vehicles.
• Drivers are prohibited from overcharging or negotiating outside the system.
• Drivers must upload trip completion evidence when required (e.g., passenger photo at drop-off).

7. Liability Disclaimer

Kars acts as a platform connecting passengers and drivers. We are not liable for personal belongings lost during rides, nor for events beyond our control such as traffic delays or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are the property of Kars. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Modifications

Kars reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website with the revised date. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of the new terms.
